Transition from service is full of ups and downs, big dreams and massive failures. You are leaving a community where when you failed others were around to pick up the pieces. Mission first, people always. The real world is not like that. This week I am joined by Kevin Deckel. Kevin currently is the Director of Sales for Miura Golf. But it has been a long and interesting road to get him to where he is today. His journey includes working at In-and-Out, playing water polo in college, serving in 2nd Ranger Battalion, deploying to Afghanistan, and working outside service at one of the most popular muni's in the country. I hope everyone takes a little something from this one because failure happens to us all. It is what you learn from it that makes you the person you are today. Enjoy!
